The introduction of work from home has allowed individuals to choose their own piece of the window to work from. This introduction has also allowed individuals to maintain a balance between their work and personal activities that are majorly associated with indulging in ME TIME.
Wondering how? Well, our very passionate traveller Priyanshu who’s lived the best of new-age innovation will walk you through effectively. Just go scrolling!
My work from home view – Himachal Pradesh
Priyanshu a 25 years old Product Manager is a passionate traveller who best used his Work From Home access to live his long-sowed dream. As a passionate traveller, he always desired to travel to unexplored & celebrated spots and the freedom of working from home allowed him to fulfil his dream in a very advantageous manner. Priyanshu believes that you can work from any corner of the world. Thus, he sat out to find the best window that ignited the best in him. Can you guess where the hunt for his best spot ended?
Just a hint, the place is a portrait of fine landscape, high cliffs, temples, gardens, wildlife spread, and beyond. Yes, you guessed it right; the place is none other than the very heavenly, Himachal Pradesh. Priyanshu found his best window in the lands of undeniable beauty, the lustrous Himachal.
Best of Work From Home
So, Priyanshu made this exceptionally fulfilling land his office spot and spent around 4 long months working and exploring the lands without losing the balance of any. To make sure his work never suffered, he usually took trips on weekends and had his best time meeting and exploring new places & people.
Finding accommodation in a new and unknown place can often lead to expensive ways and therefore to minimize it as much as possible, Priyanshu decided to take his majority of halts at hostels using the hostelworld.com portal. He made Manali the centre of his stay as that allowed him to access the majority of the places in Himachal Pradesh easily.
The Miraculous Himachal – Peace in the chaos!
During his 4 month-long stays he visited almost every celebrated corner of the state and lived his best, exploring unturned pages of nature and beauty. He also took his very first trek to Bhrigu Lake, where he had a finely rejuvenating trek experience and covered a total distance of 11 kilometers without any prior preparation. This experience for Priyanshu was truly enchanting and transformational.
After living his first-ever trek experience he then further went to explore the shimmery spread of celebrated lakes in Himachal Pradesh. Some of them are as follows:-
- Parashar Lake
- Chandra Taal
- Serolsar Lake
- Bhrigu Lake
Exploring these magnificently beautiful studded lakes was of great experience for Priyanshu and he made sure to make the best out of it. Days when he couldn’t go far away to explore, he stayed close to the market and witnessed the giant spread of cultural and traditional fusion. Every experience here was evolutionary to him. Priyanshu also explored Kasol market, Chalal, Kheerganga trek, and Cafes while his stay.
Lama Dugh Trek
Lama Dugh Trek, a 17 kilometers trek, was another insightful destination covered. The trek is yet not very popularized but is a great place to begin, Priyanshu believes. Atal Tunnel around 140 kilometers away from Manali was another tour experience, he can’t get over. Touring these spots and at the same time being able to continue to serve the daily profession in every sense brought immense creativity and thus, this taste of uniqueness has convinced him to buy more and more trips throughout his journey.
When exploring the famous Himachal, Priyanshu also took active participation in various adventurous activities. Starting from bike riding to Paragliding he made sure to live them all. Sharing one of his experiences, he mentions he was for about 1 hour or so in the air which was his finest memory of Himachal Pradesh.
So, you see, the best of both worlds is now possible. You don’t need to give up on what you love. You just need to pursue it and the path shall be laid on its own. So don’t wait for the best moment to arrive instead backpack and head to live your best right away. Hoping to share your story next.
