Some airlines ‘overbook’ their flights! In simpler terms sell more tickets than the seats on the flight to save space for last minute cancellations. More often than not it leads to frustrated travellers though!

PNR
This travel acronym stands for ‘Passenger name record’. It is the official name of your reservation in a computer reservation system.

A holiday package is the travel jargon used for a vacation that includes all of the necessities in the price of the reservation. Apart from your stay, you can expect meals, drinks, activities, and entertainment to be included at no extra charge.
Staycation
A staycation is a luxury travel terms that refers to a short trip where an individual or family remains at home and engages in leisure activities that are within a day’s drive of their home and does not necessitate overnight accommodation.
Flexible Booking
With the onset of covid, many travel companies have begun offering an option where you can book your trip but have the freedom to move it if you’d like. This option is usually available with an added fee and terms and conditions.
