If you want to travel by train, you can get to the Kathgodam railway station, which is just 7kms away from Naukuchiatal. Shared cabs and rentals are easily available from this station. 

For those who wish to take the air route, you can take a flight that lands at the Pantnagar airport which is the nearest airport. You can take any public transport from the airport to the spot.
